"Poor experience"

Poor custome experence always running out of beer or spirits , there is never a pressence from the landlord in the bar area . the pud is very un child friendly , even for customers who sit outside . its full of young staff with limited good customer skills and very little life skils . young families are not made welcome , this from the management down wards to the general staff members . .
