"WANT FANTASTIC HAIR - EVERTIME !!"

I always read reviews with a pinch of salt but after reading the "don’t be late review" felt obliged to write something about Martin James Salon. Every one has the right to their own opinion but in all the years I have been going to visit Martin James I have never had cause to complain, in fact they are now part of my life!! I look forward to going to the salon not only for a fabulous hair cut, but for the professional, polite, courteous manner in which they attend to you on a personal basis. It is so rare today to receive such consistent excellent services as well as fabulous results.

So, I have to disagree with "anonymous" who claims to have been 2 minutes late for her appointment. If she were 2 minutes late then she would have been seen I am certain, and in their usual courteous manner they give all their other clients.

One of the things that make the salon so special is that you can set your clock by your appointment. I have never been kept waiting for an appointment - EVER - and from speaking with friends and family being kept waiting at the hair dressers is a big turn off for any one and salons which operate on this basis rarely keep their client base - and rightly so.

Sadly time is a very valuable commodity in today’s society and I wonder what "anonymous" would say if she had been kept waiting for her appointment as a result of someone turning up late!!

I have always found Martin James salon to be accommodating. I remember only too well the time I rang and asked if they could do something with my mums hair that had been, well let’s say, supposedly cut, by a well established hair salon in Leeds. Not only did they see my mum the same day after normal working hours, but sent her home with a smile on her face.

If you want excellence - then take a visit to Martin James and you will never go elsewhere - I promise you!

The champagne, beautiful décor and massage chair are the icing on the cake. Julie – Leeds
