"Always helpful and friendly"

I do not believe the reviewers comments whenever i go into the post office the chap is always heplful and friendly and extremely efficient even at the busiest of times .I have seen customers getting annoyed at him for reasons beyond his control like the reviewers he can not be blame if something has not been delivered.
