As usual servisair at Leeds Bradford’s airport have excelled themselves in how rude and unhelpful they can be.The girl checking in at Gate 6 on Sunday 26th August at 12:00 noon needs to be retrained or put in a role that suits her horrid personality.

I think from now on I will fly into Manchester airport. The car journey might be longer but at least I won’t encounter this horrible person.

I fly into Leeds approximately 10 times a year. But no more.
