Parcel sent from liverpool 16/11/2020 at 9.51, failed to arrive. Postman approached at 12.30 on Friday 21/11/2020 and asked if he had a parcel to which he replied No. Then its showing as delivered at 12.31 on Friday 21/11/2020 ? Where has he delivered to ?.
