A review of Woodman Inn by Alphonse Ponsonby written on Sunday 13th of November 2016
Acceptable place if you can sing , are over 55 and like Bingo dressed in your mothers rags.
Beer is fine and the company deaf; mute conversations are a fine art at The Woodie.
Be prepared to be spoken about but never to.
The Tap Room is full of male gossips with nothing better to do than swill ale down their charity shop bargains.
It used to be a Coaching Inn turnaround stable depot, though some say it still retains an ambiance of Hoss ****..
