Called him yesterday about a loose fascia board.

As arranged, he called today while I was out, did the job (very high back-to-back roof), and fixed some loose slates while he was there!

He left a note to say he'd been, but didn't say how much I owed him.

I don't care! Whatever he charges will be excellent value for money..
