"Who are they? Where are they?"

Their office is definitely not at the premises listed on Harrogate Road, and hasn't been for years. Tried to contact them by phone to make a complaint about one of their properties, both phone lines apparently unavailable to take calls.

How DO they manage to get tenants? What sort of a business is this? Not one I'd touch with a barge pole. .
