"They do NOT answer phones"

Wanted a top I saw in York but they didn't have my size and looked up where they had them in stock (very helpful) Gave me the Leeds number as there was one available.

Have been trying to call ALL morning but no has yet answered the phone!

FRUSTRATING!.
