" Rubbish Warranty"

Had water leak, when I tried to claim I was told not covered as its wear and tear!!. So I'm guessing any future problems, I will be fobbed off with 'sorry...wear and tear'. What a waste of time and £300 for a warranty not worth the paper it's written on. Would never use this company again, but happy to pass my story on to trading standards though..
