"Stock all over the place and dirty shelves."

There are items of the same stock all over, in different places which makes it hard to find anything, too much stock on the floor making it hazardous, some shelves are filthy, especially near the door, the whole place needs a good clean. There is only one till and the owner appears to treat his staff and customers with complete disrespect. Probably why the staff always look miserable, hardly surprising as they have to eat their lunch whilst dealing with customers who are treated like potential shoplifters.
