"Impolite Pollard"

The woman behind the counter couldn't have been more rude had she tried! We received no greeting, though she chose to greet embers of the public who arrived in he shop before us they were known to her. When I placed the items to be purchased on the counter she rang them up on the till and announced the price. No request, no please or thank you. Manners cost nothing. If you really want return custom please exhibit some courtesy. Even if you don't mean it!!.
