I am a staff nurse and changed over to this practice in November from another practice not too far away and I must say the Drs will go above and beyond the call of duty for their patients, I have been seen on time and on some occasions earlier than my allocated slot.The surgery is very clean and reception staff are very cheerful and very helpful, so are the nurses and the healthcare assistant I have met twice. I cannot praise this surgery highly enough. My auntie goes to the Lofthouse Surgery the standard of care she has had recently since coming out of hospital has been impeccable..
