"Main Car Park Shut Down"

I shopped weekly in this centre and appreciated the variety of shops. But be warned - today, 20th February 2016, I found the front car park totally shut down. True, it will benefit from a complete resurface, but I'm told it will take 8-9 weeks to do - madness. To add insult, I would have thought Saturday would be a working day, especially in these circumstances, but no workmen on site save for a guard at the entrance. If they worked Saturdays, it would knock off more than a week overall..
