"After Service."

Have had solar panels, thermal, since 1986 from Sunuser and the service period is 5 years. Not bad, but as the company is based in Yorkshire trying to arrange a suitable date / time for this service does prove hard to say the least if you live in other parts of the country.

They only seem to have slots, if they are installing or happen to have a few customers in the same area due for a service, just plan for a week or so ahead!!.
