"Impossible to contact"

I have been trying to contact the Surgery since 9 am this morning . I have rung constantly throughout the day but get a constant engaged tone .

Ringing from an acute service to discuss patient treatment and gain more information but had to give up . It is hardly suprising that patients are frustrated at not being able to make contact . .
