A review of Adel Boarding Kennels by Anonymous written on Sunday 27th of September 2015
My cat came back to me with a large ringworm sore that had developed and gone unnoticed during his stay, I believe from the bedding he was given. He shrank away in fear from the member of staff who let me into his enclosure to collect him. His fur was poorly groomed and he was very skittish. I truly believe he had little to no human contact for his entire stay except food being put down for him and his litter tray changed. Would never ever use this cattery again. I do not believe he's a special little snowflake and I am not a precious pet owner but I do not believe that this is how a cat should be treated when spending a week there..
