"Why have a phone?"

When I use this store, staff are so helpful and courteous. When I try to communicate with this store by phone, it makes me want to open a vein. I've tried several times this afternoon and no matter which option I choose, no-one picks up. I have no intention of going there without checking whether they have what i want. It's very frustrating..
