"Bought a voucher from an Amazon deal and was disappointed with the salon"

I bought a voucher for a back massage and facial and was looking forward to it. The voucher was £29 (it should have been £55). I managed to get an appointment and a nice lady took me from the reception area into another part of the Corn Exchange. The area was very dirty and dusty, with curtains separating the next customer (so it wasn't private). The therapist was nice but I will not return to the salon again. .
