"Hard-sell stinks"

I can't comment on the product or efficiency of Sunuser.

The selling technique used left me feeling very angry and foolish. No factual information was given over the 'phone prior to a salesman coming to my home, or for the first hour of a 2 hour visit. It was infered from the outset that they had a good deal to offer if they found me and my home suitable. After 2 hours I was told the normal cost of fitting solar panels, and then their special deal price. When I wanted to consider the offer overnight, it was immediately withdrawn. When I said I never bought anything under pressure, I was told I was the wrong sort of customer for them. No information was left with me and no attempt made to interest me in buying the product at full price.

No ID was produced, my evening was wasted, no damage was done but I can't remind myself and anyone else strongly enough - DON'T LET SOMEONE SELLING IN YOUR HOME without ID and the information you want up-front!.
