"Rouge trader"

Found the prices at this car accessory shop expensive and also parts for cars were returned as they were wrong but the owner was adamant they were correct but didn't even apologise when I took them back to exchange, also the owner has a attitude problem with customers mentioning another accessory shop nearby but there was a £4.50 difference in price compared with the other shop (auto spares kipax was much cheaper and a much much better shop and the staff were really friendly) this shop needs a serious reality check in order to win back customers because 2 ex customers of this shop said the attitude of the owner is quite aggressive if you have to change something but if they did there homework they would see where they are going wrong
