"It's a mess"

My family are buried in this cemetery we have complained about the grass cutting, they drive round on their mowers and don't care about the headstones. My fathers headstone has been chipped and moved the council then had the nerve to tell me it was our responsibility to have it moved back. There are many very old headstones/monuments that have been damaged or are in disrepair and just left as they are.

They are running out of space I was brought up not to stand on a grave I cannot walk to one of the family graves with out walking across other graves and the biggest shock we had was Christmas 2013 we made our normal Christmas Day visit to find that there was now a grave at the side of my dad - ok not a problem - there is literally about 6 inches between them. you can't stand at the side without stepping on the other grave. There is no point in complaining as they cannot correct this without causing distress to someone else .
