GOT A GROUPON VOUCHER FROM MY SON AND PARTNER FOR MY BIRTHDAY IN OCTOBER.TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR TWO MONTHS BUT WAS TOLD THAT THEY "DON`T ANSWER THE PHONES"" WHEN I DROVE TO LEEDS TO MAKE THE APT IN PERSON AND PAID £6.00 FOR PARKING !!!!!

told BY A VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST THAT THEY COULD NOT FIT ME IN UNTIL AFTER "THE EXPIRY DATE !!!! THIS I CANNOT BELIEVE !!!

WHAT A SCAM, THEY HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF BOOKING YOU IN FOR A TREATMENT, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT ????? .
