A review of PDSA Pet Aid Hospital by Disgusted written on Monday 19th of January 2015
Awful service. Cat had suspected fracture of the hip and pdsa made me go through hoops to complete the paperwork and my poor cat had to suffer all weekend because the vets were not prepared to make reasonable adjustments due to my disability. I was happy to give contributions over and above the minimum donation. When paperwork completed got a vet who was more concerned about procedure instead of animal welfare. I was so upset I gave up my cat to family living in Bradford so she could get proper treatment. Bradford is fantastic and always put the welfare of the animal first with very experienced and considerate vets. Leeds pdsa could learn a lot from Bradford pdsa. .
