"Worst massage ever DO NOT waste your time!"

On Wednesday 10th December, I had booked a 90 mins back, facial and Indian head massage (30 mins for each). It was booked for 11.15am. I received a message at 10.45 postponing it until 1.00pm but I was on my way into Leeds. Not good- but it gets worse!

I arrived at 12.50 and completed the forms. I waited and waited and found that the lady doing the massage was on her way. She turned up at 1.20 but there was no urgency considering she was very late.

My treatment 90 mins massage started at 1.30. BUT the back massage lasted 20 mins, followed by a 10 mins facial then she left for 15 mins and finished with a 12 mins Indian head massage. She had the temerity to say 90 mins from 1pm was 2.30pm but she did not start massage until 1.30pm

I was out and finished at 2.25. (55 mins)

I could have made a huge fuss but there were other people complaining about being let down so I left.

I enjoy massages but this was the worst I have ever had.

The lady doing the massage did not seem at all interested in what she was doing and just went through the motions. It was so rough!!

Did I feel relaxed afterwards? NO. The opposite more stressed than before the massage.

Would I go again - no way.

I sent an e mail complaining but Skin Therapy did not have the courtesy to reply
