A review of Queen Nails by Annie Piggott written on Friday 3rd of October 2014
I went in and the women were extremely rude, shouting at us. There was obviously a communication barrier as we couldn't understand eachother, anyway that isn't the issue. I asked for shellac, which was advertised for £15. The woman tried charging me £18 until I pointed out the sign behind the counter and in the window stating they were actually £15. I felt as though my nails were rushed, and that not much pride was taken as they were doing them. I was in fact, pleased with the end result, until the next day. I noticed the shellac was peeling away, in this time I had done nothing out of the ordinary I just wanted my nails to look nice for the weekend (it was Thursday when they were done) and in no time a large amount came off two of my nails. Quite frankly, I don't want to go back into the shop to try and get this sorted because of how rude and poor their customer service was, I simply won't go back again. .
