"Social fund"

I have attempted on numerous occassions to contact eastgate jobcentre to ask for a social fund pack. When you ring them the voice recording passes you to other departments and can also cost alot of money. And there is no contact email address to ask for application pack to be sent out to your address. Wot a total waste of time and money..
