"Poor customer service"

Good telephone manner and easy to make an appointment. Unfortunately my tyres did not make it for my appointment and rather than telling me that, I was left to waste an hour and twenty minutes of my life. Apologies are not enough to convince me to return or recommend. It could have been handled easily without me being quite so inconvenienced. .
