"Did not want to help, very rude!!"

Today I went into usc in Leeds brigget. I went in at 4.20. I went into your store for a new pair of trainers, I was a little confused to where the girls section was, I walk up to what I thought was girls shoes and pick up a pair and asked a young girl is she did these in a size 3 she said no, very rudely to me and smiled and walked off. She could see that I needed help but she walked off and went chatting to a fellow college, having a little giggle in the corner.. I then found the ladies section, I then ask another young lady for help too but she's didn't want to help either, I asked for a shoes size she didn't want to help either and made me feel very uncomfortable so I just walked out....

I would never normal complain but I just thought the service I received today was apoling...

I work in retail myself and have done for ten years and I would never treat my customers like that ever... .
