HAD A WARANTY WITH THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS, HAD NO CLAIMS.NOWS HAD A CLAIM IN FOR £1000(LESS £50)SELF CONTRIBUTION,SURPRISED THEY WOULD ONLY PAY OUT £450, IE ONLY 50%.

THEIR ANSWER, THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO REDUCE THE PAY OUT, REGARDLESS OF THE LIMIT OF £1000 BEING THE COVER THAT I HAVE. WHAT ABOUT MY RIGHTS FOR THE MAX COVER ALTHOUGHTHE ACTUAL PART (WITHOUT LABOUR) WAS OVER £1,300 POUNDS AND COULD ONLY BE OBTAINED FROM MAIN DEALER-MERCEDES. .
