A review of Royal Mail by Jessiesmum written on Saturday 9th of November 2013
Waited in all week for a parcel which the sender assures me should have arrived by Tuesday at the latest. Postman has told me there is a backlog at Seacroft Delivery Office. It's now Saturday morning. Tried to get through on the phone but this is answered by a recorded message saying I should wait 48 hours before trying to arrange redelivery of a parcel. Chance would be a fine thing. Given a choice I would use a courier every time. Come on Royal mail get your finger out. Service has gone from bad to worse in the past 2/3 years..
