WENT ONLINE TO ASK FOR A PARCEL REDELIVERING TO AN ADDRESS 5 MIN WALK AWAY WHERE I WORK NO PARCEL DELIVERY WHEN I GOT HOME A CARD WAS PUT THROUGH MY LETTERBOX TELLING ME THEY HAD TRIED TO DELIVER A PARCEL -UGH THOUGHT I HAD GONE ON LINE TO REDELIVER IT. BOUGHT AN ENGAGEMENT CARD FOR MY NEPHEW THROUGH MOONPIG HAD IT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS IT WAS A LARGE CARD AND ON THE ENVELOPE IN LARGE CAPITAL LETTERS IT SAID DO NOT BEND -YES YOU'VE GUESSED IT =IT WAS FOLDED IN HALF TO PUT THROUGH THE LETTERBOX. 4 MONTHS HAVE PASSED ORDERED ANOTHER ITEM =CARD THROUGH LETTERBOX COULD'NT DELIVER I WENT ONLINE TO REDIRECT IT TO WHERE I WORK NO DELIVERY WHEN I GOT HOME THERE WAS A CARD SAYING THAT THEY HAD TRIED TO DELIVER A PARCEL ..THEY LEAVE GATES OPEN AND THE MAIL HALF HUNG OUT OF THE LETTERBOX. BONE IDLE INCOMPETENT STAFF TOO BUSY SAT ON THE BACKSIDES LISTENING TO THEIR MUSIC OR PHONES.ONE WALKS ROUND WITH EARPHONES PLUGGED IN ALL THE TIME. RE TRAINING OR SACKING.
