Hi everyone.

I have used airline connections a few times and can not fault them.

They where on time with collecting me and returning me.

They have transported my daughters to the airport without problems.

I will be using them again soon and if they are as efficient as they have been in the past I doubt I will have a problem with them.

Sounds like you just had the misfortune with your journey and with every company world over, mistakes can be made…

I don’t believe they just gave you a cuppa though…. Did you not get a biscuit as well…..
