"Twice my order was unsatisfactory!!!"

Twice now i've ordered from Si Si Pizza and my order has not been satisfactory- the first time they sent burnt chips which were literality once shade off of black!!!! and the house smelt of this for days!!!! The second time i'm was waiting an hour and a half for my meal and when the pizza turned up we asked for it without tomatoe base and it came with just meat on top of the base (where's the cheese- if i asked for an open faced sandwich fair do's- come on!!!!!!) Nobody was interested in my complaint or customer service for that matter and the driver only said it was a new pizza chef on (a pizza chef which doesn't know what a pizza is supposed to look like- fills me with confi

dence regarding staff training and quality checks which go on before the food is actually sent!)

Never again and they still owe me a refund from my previous order!!!!.
