You never can get a appointment its always booked up fo 2 weeks, so if your ill you just have to look after yourself, emergencey appointments are, most of the time double booked, when you ring the surgery it is always engaged it took me an hour once to stop getting the engaged tone and than your waiting 30 mins or more for someone to anwser the phone.It is rare to get an appointment with your own doctor. Some of the staff who anwser the phone dont careless if your ill there is not a careing attitute towards patients. If you are ill phone NHS direct and you will see a doctor the same day tell them that you can not see your own doctor because he is booked up. This is discusting for a surgery with 9 doctors. Appointments should be day to day not 2 weeks at a time..
