"Terrible customer service - avoid"

We have orderd from Venice pizza many times before so were very disappointed when our pizza still hadn't arrived after one hour. We rang the shop who said it was on its way, we requested a discount for the poor service and were told to ask the driver which We thought was strange. When the driver arrived he offered 80p off the £16.80 bill which just seemed like an insult. When we rejected this offer he said he would take the pizza back, we offered to pay £12 but he was not interested in providing good customer service and was really quite rude. We will never use this takeaway again.
