I went here as previous experience had shown my local post office were poor on passport check and send. Plenty of staff on, que short.All staff really nice , friendly and helpful and seemed very competent regarding passport advice with a specific person trained to do the job. Nothing was too much trouble. I went home a lot less stressed and happy in the knowledge my passport had been sent safely ..
