"Bramley post office closed down"

I went to Bramley post office to collect my mums pension, only to find it had closed down without explaination. I found out later that even the post master had not been informed of the closure. The owners had changed the locks overnight because the tenants owed £30.000 rent. My mum relies on this post office to get her pension, she is in a wheel chair and suffers from senile dementia so it is not easy getting her on to transport. I have noticed that like other small shops the business has suffered recently because of the recession and the opening of Tescos. The tenants had tried other areas in order to make some money. Bramley shopping centre is a much needed shopping centre so I hope the ost office reopens soon.
