"Don't go near this place"

I visited this pub today with two friends to have lunch. When we ordered our meal we were advised that it would take half an hour to arrive. One and a half hours later we still had not been served despite several reminders to the staff that we had been waiting for such a long time. We were not the only customers who had to wait in vain for their lunch and, like us, several groups left without eating as it was obvious that no one cared whether we were served or not. I will never use this pub again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Disgusting service!!!.
