A review of Crossgates Dental Centre by Fed up Jane written on Wednesday 29th of February 2012
I have been a patient of Mr Steve Caulfield for at least the past 22 years, and have always received an very good service both from the dentist himself and his reception staff.
However, since the practice has joined forces with Crossgates Dental Centre the service is absolutely appalling. When trying to contact the centre in which to book an appointment, the phone is constently engaged it can take hours in which to finally get someone to answer the phone and then eventually just when you think you have cracked it, its the answering machihne.
I have never in all my life found it so difficult to get through to anyone, and feel that this is a total disgrace.
I have therefore taken the very sad decision to change dentists and would advise anyone that is looking for a good efficient service NOT to become a patient of this pratice as this is something that no longer exists within this practice as they clearly do not know the meaning of the word customer service, and doing a simple task like booking an appointment is an absolute nightmare..
