"Nobody picks up the phone when you ring !"

Trying to book but nobody picks up the phone - you get Tina the 'automated assistant' who obviously cannot answer your question - so frustrating. Stayed on hold for a long time then gave up as they were 'too busy' to asnwer my call. Premier inn - please employ more people so that we can speka to soemeone .
