We can highly recommend this firm. We chose them because they were local and their quote was reasonable. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The survey was arranged quickly and the surveyor, called me after the survey as promised with feedback. The report was emailed to us within a few days which enabled me to negotiate a substantial discount off the agreed price.

We will definitely ask them if we need another survey in the future..
