"First Time Visit"

26.1.12 first visit to the Whitehouse, such a lovely venu. The positives stop there.

Ordered steak and ale pie, had to leave 80% of the steak not only was it tough but even worse it had so much fat content it was inedible. My wife ordered a 9oz steak cooked medium, it was so well done it was hard to cut. The supposed 9oz steak was more like a 6oz, though it could have been served in error, have never seen a steak served so thin unless used as a sandwich filling. All in all the experience was a total let down something we shall never repeat.
