"I feel I must put pen to paper (finger to keyboard) to thank you and your team for a painless transition in my business. You might have noticed I am not one to celebrate being parted from my money, however you guys made it a pleasurable experience. The service was second to none, the product far exceeded my expectations, the welcome at your works was refreshingly warm and as I said the changeover went with far less hassle than I could ever imagined. The level of professionalism was reassuring and to basically do a deal on the shake of a hand took me back to a bygone age when a mans word was his bond (that was a little worrying at the time, but in retrospect no problem at all.)

If by chance you ever need a reference or you need to show a client an installation please do not hesitate to contact me as it would be my pleasure to accommodate such a request. (Hopefully not someone I am in competition with.)"
