"Witches or not?"

Definitely not the recetionists at Kirkstall Lane are amazing! I haven't been to the doctors for several years and couldn't believe the difference. Michelle especially seems to be one of the most friendly and approachable people you could wish to find with a sense of humour and patience to boot! I heard her offer a patiens seven different times for appointments and still keep her calm - I would have been asking how much she needed the appointment....

And Dr Lawton - what a treasure, calm and reassuring and never makes you feel like times an issue - even though it is. I just hope she is there for many more years to come, Well done to Kitkstall Lane Medical Centre.
