"VERY POOR SERVICE"

I have just visited around the clock after buying a sandwich and a drink from Greggs first. I went to buy a flapjack and took it to the till to pay, The manager then tried to charge me for the drink i bought from Greggs and when I exoplained I had bought this from greggs he said "you should have asked for a bag then" in other words you cant take any items purchased from elsewhere unless you bring them in a bag. An extremely rude manager with no customer service skills at all. Buy your items elsewhere!.
