For my order of a lot of gear via my university i was sent details of what to recieve

before they arrived they confirmed my order, rang me when they knew a delivery time and were prompt and on time

everything was set up and installed, even the little things like setting up photoshop (which isnt included elsewhere) were included i got a walkthrough of my mac and a call back 2 weeks later to see if everything was ok for me

i would definitely reccommend this place to anyone they are by far the best company with the best customer service available, dont bother with currys/comet/pc world get a quote from these guys first!
