A review of The Woodman by Wads written on Thursday 22nd of April 2010
I found the Woodman by accident as it isn't that noticeable as you pass it. A traditional looking pub inside but deceptive as it has a nice conservatory and lovely big gardent at the back with a play area for the kids.
Bar prices about average but a great two for one menu. We had fish and chips and homemade pie for £9 Great value and lovely food too!
Staff were lovely. Had a laugh with them too which makes a change with some places.
Would benefit from a bit of many spending on it but cant fault the service and the food. Will definately return..
