"Excellent service!"

In these troubled times it is all too easy to pick fault with people who provide services for us. We can all be guilty of complaining but very few of us take the time to give praise where it is due.

To that end I would like to thank all of the staff at Ireland Wood for years of excellent service. I have lived in Moseley Wood Approach for 12 years and am about to move on so would like to thank the postmen, particularly Peter who has always made that extra effort to get my deliveries to me as a postman and also when he was driving the parcel van.

I would also like to thank the "Cockney" chap at the collections hatch who has also been a great help over the years.

You are doing a great job up there and I hope that things work out well for you as a result of the ongoing dispute!
