I found the shop purely by chance online when looking for stockists of dzage bridesmaids dresses. I had ordered my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses froma bridal shop in doncaster, following the first try on for the girls dresses one of them was faulty and of poor quality plus all the dresses were ordered either 2/3 sizes too big. (including mine and Im only a size 10). After a bit of a dispute i ws left in a situation with a dress that was faulty and 2 dresses that were too big and needed a lot of altering which I had to pay for... the owner of the shop told me to stop getting too depressed about it all she would send it back and sort it out. I said I wanted a refund for the dresses, plus wraps which they charged £100 each for and hadnt even ordered the material for them. She refused to give me any money back. I have now taken it further.

So I called into Bridal Apparel on Monday 21.09.09 just out of the blue and explained my situation to Susan and I can honestly say she has been a god send. I am having my bridesmaid dresses made and also another dress adapted to my own specification.I really ws distraught with all this trouble with this other shop but Susan stayed behind at her shop for 2nights until 9pm trying to sort me and the bridesmaids out and there are not many places if any who would put them selves ouot for you like she has done. My partner has now gone there for his siuts for the lads. Susan is very helpful and can offer advice with all your wedding needs, definitely worth a visit..
